After working in education for over 15 years, Lorna decided to use her wealth of knowledge and skills in the sector to set up her own training centre. As a qualified teacher and business owner, Lorna understands the needs of businesses to balance training and working to support a positive work based learning program.
Lorna specialises in the Housing and Teacher Training.
When Lorna is not managing the centre or providing consultancy, she enjoys travelling, live music and going to the theatre.

For the past 30 years Michael has taught and worked in various sectors including Hospitality, Retail Management, Sales, Military, Driving Instruction and in the last 10 years, Education. Michael is a qualified teacher and has a degree in Education and Training..
Michael specialises in Teacher Training, Management, ICT and Functional Skills.
Using his skills and knowledge from his days in the Military, Michael is working alongside Gary with the management aspect of the Apprenticeships through DA Outdoors. Can’ think of a better way to word this. Very happy if you want to adjust or play around with it.
Now teaching children to drive in an off road environment, and teaching adults Speed Awareness Michael remains involved in Driving Instruction and safety.
When Michael is not managing the centre or teaching, he enjoys running and going to the cinema.

Gary has been working in the Apprenticeship Sector for over 10 years in Management, Assessing and Quality Assurance roles. He has experience in a wide range of sectors including Hospitality and Management.
Gary has a passion for Outdoor Education and learning has just become a Chartered Professional in Outdoor Learning. This passion has led Gary to oversee the launch of DA Outdoors, our new brand focusing on Outdoor Apprenticeships including the Outdoor Activity Instructor, Community Activator Coach and Event Assistant Apprenticeships.
Currently Gary is involved with consulting roles and is currently working on the development of the new outdoor learning specialist Apprenticeship with the Institute of Outdoor Learning and is a volunteer Curriculum Advisor with the Scouts.
Peta has over 25 years’ experience of learning and development, in both private and public sectors. In the past 5 years, she has been involved in the delivery and assessment of funded training programmes to support people in returning to work and setting up their own businesses. Her most recent work has been delivering bespoke outplacement interventions for employees experiencing redundancy in companies in the South East and the Midlands.
Sam has been supporting work-based learners and apprentices for over 10 years. She began her teaching career, delivering IT skills to new recruits in the Army. She has worked and taught in various sectors including Housing, Management, Health and Social Care, Digital Skills and Quality Compliance.
Outside of work, Sam is a Group Scout Leader and enjoys walking and crafts like card making and crocheting.
