Holly Smalley

Operations Manager

My personal experience of returning to further education, as an adult, has influenced my passion for education and quality management and therefore has led me to a career focused on the development and future of all our learners.
The role I have at DA Training involves designing, monitoring, and ensuring the success of our learners suits my innovative, creative and encouraging nature.
My aim within my role is to ensure all apprentices not only achieve with us but use their time to develop all aspects of themselves to create an impact within their future careers.
